Cazzandra (aka 'Cazzy')Age:
2 (24 in dog years)Height:
5' 8" ( 2' at the shoulder in dog form)Breed:
None yetSexual Orientation:
Competitive: "You wanna go bro? Let's go! I'mma run yo' face so deep into the pavement, people goin' call you 'asphalt', boy!"
This girl LOVES to compete! Any chance she can get to prove her self proficient at a certain skill she will take! She has a mouth on her, so if you can't take a little trash talk, I highly suggest you don't challenge her or take her up on her challenges because you will get trash talk. And like a good competitor, she take it as well as dish it out. Bonus trash talk if its a boy. Sassy: "You dun know what the word "Sass" means, but I think you got yo' self a strong grasp on the word 'A$$' "
Don't get snippy with her. Don't do it. You'll get back just as much as you give...plus interest.
Motherly: "Oh, sweet pea! Let ol' Cazzy get you nice and cozy! You look like you den got yo' self in a bad way..."
Despite seeming a bit rough around the edges at times, Cazzy truly has a mother's heart towards people and dogs she cares about. Heck, this will even extend to those she doesn't really like, but she feels that everyone needs to experience honest-to-goodness care at least once. She also loves to teach and pass on her knowledge of different things, due to her travels and her experiences!
Independent: "I don't need you holdin' my hand, man. I got dis!"
As much as she loves looking out for others, its REALLY hard to offer the girl some help. With some poking and prodding, she'll accept help eventually, but you had better be pretty convincing. She's like a brick wall. A brick house even. She will not willingly ask for help unless she realizes she can't do it on her own...so like...a life threatening situation might be your only chance.
Driven/Energetic: "C'mon! We're wastin' day light! I got an obstacle course that's callin' mah name!"
Being used to a live style that was dynamic and fast paced, its hard for this dog to slow down. She always has to be doing something, whether is helping out with chores, getting things for her family and friends, swimming, cooking, or playing round after round of DDR. She must be kept busy until she plumb tuckers herself out if you want any peace during the night. Highly doubt hearing DDR tracks blaring at 1 AM is a fun experience. Playful/Friendly: "So after the whole butt sniffing thang done, wanna play a game?"
Cazzy loves good company! And even if she doesn't consider others 'good company', she'll still try to associate with them as per her nature. Maybe entice them into a game of some sort if the mood is right. Protective: "You so much as look a them the wrong way and you can say good bye to your expensive leather boots."
Do not mess with her friends and family. She is not afraid to come to their aid and there may or may not be blood. You have been warned.History:
Cazzy's story is a very simple one. She was adopted out as a puppy to a very active, exercise oriented young chef and was trained to run various agility courses as well as cook. Her former partner was an avid traveler and brought her on all of his adventures, participating in world wide dog agility competitions in which she won several prestigious awards! As good as the times were, they didn't last. Her human partner met and married the love of his life who, unfortunately, didn't like having Cazzy around. When his wife announced that she was pregnant, she demanded that Cazzy be removed from the house hold, due to the common belief that Dalmatians were a threat to young children. Being a rather timid man, he followed his wife's wishes and had Cazzy shipped to the Pet Center where she awaits a new partner. For the shortest time, Cazzy was bitter and hurt at what had taken place, but she's since moved on, personally feeling that her old partner could have at least had better taste in females. Human females anyway.Extra:
-tends to use a lot of pet names, even if she barely knows you
-characteristic of the breed, she had an affinity for horses
-hair gets extra floofy in human form before a storm
-always finding new spots on her body. ALWAYS.
-fears the prospect of human babies, worried she'll be abandoned again, despite how much she tries to pretend otherwise
-has a deep respect for most strays if they show themselves worthy of it (jerk butt strays will be sassed)
- would love an owner that is active and will enter agility competitions with her
-cooks very well, but her specialty is fish. SHE LOVES FISH.
-wouldn't mind being a fire dog, despite how stereotypical she finds it
-loves to cuddle and be pampered when she can get it, but also loves to romp in mud
-loves to dance, and loves to play DDR. She will probably be caught playing the game more than once if her partner has it. SHE'S AN ADDICT.
